Jumping Back In...

Boy, it's been a long time since my last post.  It is high time that I start getting my act together and start losing weight again.  While I haven't gained any weight, the numbers definitley haven't been moving down like I so desperately want them to!  I have two weddings coming up that I really don't want to look like I do now for.  Maybe that can be my inspiration to get back in gear???  I have made a little progress the last couple of days.  I have done 30 minutes of cardio the last two mornings.  This is a big accomplishment for me - I love sleeping in and while I am happy in the morning, I am by no means a morning person.  I have also packed my lunch the last two days.  This is huge for me!  I love to get out of the office for a little while and who am I kidding - I really love to eat out.  While my lunches could be healthier, they have to be better than eating out right?  I am going to try and use this blog to keep me more responsible and keep me on track.  The things I need to work on are:

Goals-
1.  Bring lunch every day to the office.
2.  Log everything into My Daily Plate.
3.  Work out at least 30 minutes each morning.
4.  Try to work out some nights to get additional cardio.
5.   Work on making my lunches healthier!
